Hi there Zolace friends! Welcome to another edition of Hijab Fridays! Some of Malaysia's biggest stars have been giving us some amazing fashion inspiration lately, and actress Uqasha Senrose is no exception! I hope you're ready for a challenge today because we're going to be creating a shawl style inspired by her youthful elegance that might take some practice.

But, once you get it right, you'll have an unforgettable look you can wear for Raya! Today's look requires 1 brooch, 6 pins, and our Zehna Chiffon Curved Shawl. Alright, make sure you pay close attention and follow along - cause here we go!

 

Step 1: Place the shawl over with one side shorter

Place your shawl over you leaving one side shorter than the other, and add a brooch as you bring both sides around to the back of your neck. Now, take the short side and drape it across you, pinning it in place on your shoulder.

Step 2: Pin the top section of the longer side

Take the front edge of the longer side, and grab the top section of it and secure it in place with a pin by your ear. If you haven't done so already, you can also pin the other side by your ear to make sure the shawl stays in place.

Step 3: Wrap the hanging long side around you

Take the remaining long side that is hanging and wrap it all the way around you. Use a pin to secure it on the side of your head.

Step 4: Place the back hanging piece and place it forward

Now, take the hanging piece in the back and bring it forwards over you. Take another pin and pin this newly formed top layer by your ear.

Step 5: On the other side, fold the fabric up towards the back

On your other side now, gather enough fabric to fold the shawl up towards the back of your head. Once you're happy with the fabric you've gathered, use a pin to secure it.

Final Style

Make any final adjustments so the shawl doesn't look messy or unevenly draped, and you're done! I know it might seem difficult Zehna Chiffon Rectangle Shawl but make sure you keep working at this look, because it'd be so pretty and elegant to wear for Raya!
