Please note that communication through e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered safe. Therefore, do not provide any credit card related information on e- mail. You can also order by phone if you are not comfortable placing an order online.
How can i track my order?+
To track the delivery status of the items that you have ordered through our catalogue or online, you can visit the home page of our website and click on the button Order Tracking. You need to enter your order number mentioned in the order confirmation email received by you and your email and then click on Track My Order button. The delivery services that we are tied up with receive your order number as well as tracking number from us on all seven days of the week at the close of business.
If they have not received a notification about your order, then they are not likely to have this information in their systems. In such a case, you can track your order once again on the next business day. It is important to note that it is not possible to track Gift Cards and certain other items online at this point in time. This will help us to serve you faster.
How to place an order?+
The process for placing an order is easy. Click on the name of the product or the image to view its details. There is a quantity box next to the image of the product. In this quantity box, enter the number of items you wish to order and click on the Add to Cart button.
Once the item has been added to cart, you will have the option to check out. You can check out in two different ways. There is a checkout now button on the right side of Add to Cart button. You can click that checkout now button to go to the next screen. Another way to check out is to click on the checkout button present in the upper right-hand corner.
Clicking on the checkout button will take you to the sign in page. On this page, you will have the option to sign in if you have an account with us. You also have the option to check out as a guest.
The benefit of maintaining an account with us is that you will not need to enter your name, billing, shipping and payment information every time you purchase from us.
After the sign in page, you will need to fill in your building, shipping and payment info. After filling in the required information, click on the Place your order button. You will then be taken to the confirmation page which will provide a summary of the transaction. If you want, you can print out this transaction summary for your records. We will also be sending you these details on e-mail.
You also have the option of placing an order on phone.
What forms of payment do you accept from Malaysian customers?+
Malaysian customers have the option of paying with a credit card as well as online banking (Public Bank, Am Bank, CIMB bank, Hong Leong Bank, Affin Bank and others). We also offer ATM, cash on delivery (TAQBIN) and PayPal.
What are the payment options for customers outside Malaysia?+
For international customers, we are currently accepting payments only through PayPal.
Do you offer a store or office pickup service?+
Currently we do not offer this service.
Is there a way to ship items in the same order to different addresses?+
You can ship same item to multiple addresses by adding each item to the shopping cart separately. This way, you can enter different shipping information for each order. Currently, there is no option to provide different shipping information for items in a single order.
Do you offer international shipping?+
We do ship internationally. The process for ordering an item for international shipping is same. You just need to provide the international shipping address while placing the order. The shipping price and estimated delivery date will be updated.
What are the charges for shipping and handling?+
For standard delivery, we do not charge anything for shipping and handling for orders to be delivered within Malaysia, and Singapore. Shipping is free regardless of the amount of the order for this two countries.
For international orders other than Malaysia and Singapore, shipping and handling charges will be displayed on the order page before you make payment. However, there are certain items in our store which are shipped for free worldwide.

How is the exchange rate calculated for international orders?+
The exchange rate applied for international orders is calculated on a real-time basis. We assure you that the exchange rate applied on placing the order is guaranteed and will not change. You will ultimately be invoiced in Malaysian Ringgit. The currency of your choice is just for your reference only and ultimately you’ll be invoiced in Malaysian Ringgit.
To know the exact price for the items you have ordered, you need to add items to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you will be shown the exact amount you need to pay.
Are there any taxes?+
For items delivered within Malaysia, there are no taxes currently. However, a customer may need to pay customs duty on the international orders as per the tax rate in their respective country.
What is the rate of duty on international orders?+
The duty rates vary by product, manufacturer’s country and many other factors. Also, there is no duty charged for orders placed from some countries.
However, you will be shown the exact amount to be charged as duty on the checkout page. For this, you will need to add items to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page.
How is the packaging done?+
All of the qualified items are delivered in the standard delivery box bearing our logo. Qualified items depend on the size and bulk.
