How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
Within 30 days from the day of receipt.
What items are eligible?
Items must be unwashed, in good condition with the original tag intact.
Are there limitations on returning specific merchandise?
Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Will I be refunded in cash?
No, all returns will be refunded in Zolace gift card.
Is there a fee involved in returning an item?
There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned. For example, if you return a dress you purchased for RM100, you will receive a store credit worth RM95.
Who pays for the return shipping fee?
Return shipping fee is to be borne by customer. Return shipping fee will not be refunded.
Am I allowed to exchange to other item?
No, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchased items, kindly return it to us and order a new item accordingly.
No exchange is allowed unfortunately. This is to ensure every customer gets served on the first come first served basis. If you wish to change to another size, colour, or item, please follow the return process below and we'll issue you a quick refund in the form of Zolace gift card. You can then order a new size, colour or item accordingly.
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, perhaps it's a little too big or the colour just isn't you, we'll issue you a quick refund in the form of Zolace gift card. No exchange is allowed. If you wish to change to another size, colour, or item, please follow the return process and order a new size, colour or item accordingly.

3) Once your return is approved, write the RMA number on the parcel and ship back to us.
4) Once we have received the parcel, we will refund you via gift card.

Since we make it a point to tend to our customers’ orders fairly quickly, we only have a very small window to make cancellations or changes. Unfortunately, if the item has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to make changes to your order. Luckily, we have a simple return process!

ADDING AND CHANGING PERSONAL INFORMATION
You are free to change your information anytime. This includes your password, email address and shipping or billing addresses.
Sign in to your account with your email address and password.Next time, you can also click on “Sign in” on the top of the site. Click on “My Account” on the top of the site. You will see different categories here that you can edit, update or view.
When adding and changing your personal billing information, make sure you enter the exact same billing address as can be seen on your card statement. Incorrect or incomplete information will only slow down the ordering process every time you make a purchase.
We understand the importance of knowing the order status after you have made your payment for it. “Was my account deducted for this order?”, “Has my parcel been posted to me” are some of the common questions we encounter when we shop online.
Zolace gives you a peace of mind as you will be able to check the status of your order and track where your order is until you receive it.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us once you have successfully made payment for your order and the payment status will change to "Paid". If the status of the fullfillment remains as 'Unfulfilled', it means order has yet to be shipped out. You can check your fullfillment status by logging into your account.
After your order has been shipped out, you will receive your tracking information via email and the fullfillement status of your order will be 'Fullfilled'.
If you do not receive any of the above mentioned emails, kindly check your email junk folder (and move it out of junk folder!) or your order summary in ‘My Accounts'
HOW TO CHECK AN ORDER STATUS

Fullfilement status marked “Unfulfilled” means that we are still preparing for your orders to be shipped to you. Orders marked as “Fullfilled” means that we have shipped out your parcel and your parcel is on its way to you.
