Step 1 :Placing the shawl making one side longer than the other

Start by placing the shawl over you making one side longer than the other.

Step 2 : Take the long side bring it around the back of you

Take the long side and bring it around the back of you, so it comes through the inner edge in the front. Use a pin to secure it.

Step 3 :Take the short side bring it around the back of you

Now, take the short side and bring it around the back of you, so you can flip it up to the top of your head. Use a pin to secure it.

Step 4: Twist the hanging piece

Then, use the long hanging piece to wrap it up then all the way around you. Make any adjustments as you go if needed. Once you're happy with the placement, use the other two pins to secure both sides.
