You have 30 days from receiving your order to return the item to us by submitting our Return form online. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Appropriate gift cards will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and for any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable country/state law. Please note that return shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. We only accept returns for items with tag still attached. We do not accept returns for shawls, accessories and lingerie of any type due to hygienic purpose.
We’ll process your return within 3 working day of it being received at our warehouse and we’ll send you an email to confirm when this has been done. In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of returning your items, get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
