Track Your Order
How to Track Your Order
We process your order as fast as we can to make sure that you get your package on the promised delivery time frame.
Plese note that all orders made before 12pm, Monday to Friday would be posted on the same day. If you complete your order after 12pm, your parcel would be shipped on the next working day.
Our shipping carriers will provide the updated information and other details on your delivery path so you will be able to know the status and location of your order. If you do not receive your package on the specified shipping time frame, please contact us.
How to Track Your Package via Tracking Information Email
You will receive a tracking information email from us once we have shipped out your order. Simply click on ‘Track Your Order’ in the email and a window will pop up to show the following:
Order details, with your name, the products ordered and the total price of the order
Shipping summary, with the package’s tracking number and shipping carrier
How to Track Your Package from Your Account
To track packages, click on Order Tracking. From here, you can sign in and see your order history. You can also look up single orders by entering your current email address and order numbers.
Every order will display its complete details along with the summary of the shipment, including the package’s tracking number, so you can track your package with ease.
