How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
Within 30 days from the day of receipt.
What items are eligible?
Items must be unwashed, in good condition with the original tag intact.
Are there limitations on returning specific merchandise?

Headscarves, Lingerie, Accessories (Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings, Rings, Belt, Hair Accessories) are not returnable due to hygienic purposes.

Sale items are also not eligible for refund.

Will I be refunded in cash?
No, all returns will be refunded in Zolace store credit.
Is there a fee involved in returning an item?

There is a processing fee of 5% for all items returned.

For example, if you return a dress you purchased for RM100, you will receive a store credit worth RM95.

Who pays for the return shipping fee?

Return shipping fee is to be borne by customer.

Am I allowed to exchange to other item?
No, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchased items, kindly return it to us and order a new item accordingly.
