How do i make my payment?

If you’re wondering how you can pay for your shopping at Zolace, no worries! Here are a list of payment methods we offer:

  • MOLPay

Molpay offers an online payment gateway through credit cards, internet banking, FPX, MOL Wallet and even physical cash payment at 7-Eleven.
It is the same Online Payment Gateway System currently provided by many licensed Financial Institutions. For that reason, customers can be certain of MOLPay's security. MOLPay also complies with PCI Data Security Standard and Malaysia Payment System Act. Find out more about MOLPay.

  • Zolace Store Credit

Do you know what you can pay for your shopping at Zolace with your Zolace store credit? If you have balance Store Credit in My Store Credit, you can choose to pay with your store credit. Should there be an outstanding amount after your Store Credit deduction, you may select one of the other payment options to complete your purchase. Of course, if the amount of store credit required is less than the payment amount, the balance would remain in your account for your next shopping at Zolace.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

For those who are skeptical with online payment, COD is coming to your rescue, with an additional charge of RM5 per order. Our logistic partner for COD is Ta-q-bin and this service is only available for certain postal codes in Malaysia. Please key in your postal code here to find out if your delivery address in within the service zones.

Please note that you need to pay the Cash On Delivery amount before opening your parcel and trying on your items. This is for security and anonymity purposes. If you don't like the products or the size doesn't fit for you, you can always return the items afterwards.

For those who appreciate the services of our hardworking postmen, bank transfer may be your alternative choice.

After placing your order, please make your payment and upload your Bank Transfer slip details so we can proceed with the processing of your order.

If you have access to online banking (CIMB Clicks, Maybank2U, PBeBank, Hong Leong Connect etc.), we strongly recommend using Online Banking (Direct Debit) for instant payment and processing.

What is Zolace return policy?

Here’s a quick overview of how we handle returns and exchanges.
For step-by-step instructions on how to return an item, please see 'Return Instructions'
How long do I have to return or exchange an item? Within 30 days from the day of receipt.
What items are eligible? Items must be unwashed, with the original tag intact.
Are there limitations on returning specific merchandise? Headscarves, Lingerie, Accessories (Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings, Rings, Belt, Hair Accessories) are not returnable due to hygienic purposes. 

Sale items are also not eligible for refund
Will I be refunded in cash? No, all returns will be refunded in Zolace store credit.
Is there a fee involved in returning an item There is a processing fee of 5% for all items returned.

For example, if you return a dress you purchased for RM100, you would receive a store credit worth RM95.
How much is the return shipping fee? Return shipping fee is to be borne by customer.

Return shipping fee would not be refunded.
Am I allowed to exchange to other item? No, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchased items, kindly return it to us and order a new item accordingly.

How do i return an item?

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the colour just isn't you—we'll issue you a quick refund in the form of Zolace Store Credit. However, there is a processing fee of 5% for all items returned. Please read ‘Return Policies’ for more information.

No exchange is allowed. If you wish to change to another size/colour/item, please follow the return process and order a new size/colour/item accordingly.

However, you can only return unwashed/unused items with tag intact within 30 days of receipt. Please note that shipping fee for returns are not refundable. Return Instructions Please follow the simple steps below to return your items:
  • Post the item back to us
  • Return the item along with the invoice to:

    Remember to keep the receipt you’re given as proof of return. For your own protection, it is recommended to send the parcel using a trackable service.
  • Login in to your account
  • Login to your account with your email address and password. Kindly live chat us, email us at custserv@zolace.com or call us at +603-6259 6222 if you are unable to log in.
  • Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form
    • Click on Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on the left tab and fill it out.
    • Insert your Order Number.
    • Select the item you wish to return.
    • Select Reason Code
      1. Too Big 2. Too Small 3. Change of Mind
      4. Defective or Damaged 5. Different from Website 6. Others: (Please specify)
    • Enter your Shipment Date, Shipping Company, and Tracking Number
      E.g. 16 September 2015, PosLaju, EF385905876MY
    • Click on Submit Request
    • Your RMA would be approved and an electronic version of your approved RMA would be sent to your inbox.
  • Get your store credit

    We aim to get your store credit to you within 24 hours of us receiving your parcel. If you sent your parcel over 7 days ago and you still haven’t received an email with your store credit, please email us at custserv@zolace.com, call us at +603-6259 6222 or live chat us 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

How long will delivery take?

Zolace offers FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING (favourite phrase of all online shoppers) without any end date or minimum order for orders to Malaysia (except COD service) and Singapore.
The logistic partner for Malaysia orders is PosLaju and we post all Singapore orders via S.F Express Courier Service. We ship to other countries using various courier services such as Fedex, DHL, TNT etc.

Free shipping does not mean that it will take forever to arrive. Zolace knows how important it is to get your orders as soon as possible. Because of this, we make it a point to process your orders as quickly as we can. So, whenever you order something from our site, you can look forward to receiving your items in just 2 to 3 working days.

Once your orders have been processed, tracking information would be available to you in your tracking information email or your order summary in ‘My Orders’ and you can then track the delivery status of your orders until you receive it.

Feel free to trace the location of your parcel until you receive it from our tracking information email or your order summary in ‘My Orders’.

All orders made before 12pm, Monday to Friday would be posted on the same day. If you complete your order after 12pm, your parcel would be shipped on the next working day.

Have i placed my order successfully?

All successfully placed orders would receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, please check your email junk folder (and move it out of junk folder!) or your order summary in 'My Orders' (if you have registered an account with us). Alternatively, contact our friendly customer service via any channels listed below to confirm the placement of your order.
When your order has been shipped out, you would also receive your tracking information via email.
